BEMA-U Transformational LeadershipWhat makes an employee “transformational?” They are the individuals that have a vision, passion and the ability to lead (not just manage) people. They can get people to buy into the vision while inspiring and energizing them. Move your leaders at all levels in the company from good to great with BEMA-U Transformational Leadership Program.

The Bakery Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds Association (BEMA) has announced its 2018 training for the three-part series, Transformational Leadership Program. The three sessions will be held April 3 and 4, June 5 and 6, and September 11 and 12, in Kansas City at the Hyatt Place Hotel.
