Four Districts to Meet in Mississauga
The Niagara District invites you to join its members and those from the Ohio Valley, Southeastern and Wolverine Districts for their joint annual fall conference at the Four Points Sheraton Meadowvale in Mississauga, Ontario. This is your opportunity to learn the latest industry trends and also meet and converse with professionals of the milling industry and the allied trades from throughout the eastern half of the U.S. and Canada.

The golf tournament will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27. There will also be a Reception at the hotel that evening at 6:00 p.m. Breakfast will be at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, followed by the Technical Sessions from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Individuals can then attend the Blue Jays vs.Yankees baseball game in the TD Summit Suite that night. On the morning of Thursday, September 29, everyone is invited on a tour of the Ardent Mills facility and Salmon Run viewing in Streetsville.

- When completed properly with vaccination history and reason for visit, the customs agents will be able to verify in the app when your passport is scanned.
Advance conference registration should be made by Friday, August 19 to take advantage of the reduced prices.
Hotel
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Four Points by Sheraton Mississauga Meadowvale at a discounted rate of $155 CAD ($124 USD) + taxes per night. There is free parking and free Wi-Fi. Please book your room by Wednesday, August 31. Rates are based on availability after this date. For extended stays: the IAOM discount hotel rate applies from September 23-October 1. Consider coming early or staying for a performance at the Stratford Festival (see information below).
Golf
This year’s district conference will begin with our traditional Golf Tournament to be held at the Trafalgar Golf and Country Club in Milton, Ontario, where you can enjoy the fellowship of your peers while competing for various prizes. The Tournament is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, with tee times beginning at 9:30 a.m.. The cost of $90 USD includes greens fees, cart and a box lunch.
Reception & Baseball Game
A reception will be held at 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, which will include Table Top displays. Spouses can attend this reception at no cost.
A Blue Jays vs. Yankees baseball game is scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, September 28. All tickets are $130 USD each (including for spouses and guests). Transportation for the Blue Jays evening and mill tour sponsored by Allied Trades.
Mill Tour
There will be a tour of the Ardent Mills facility and Salmon Run Viewing on Thursday morning in nearby Streetsville, Ontario. Everyone registered is invited to attend. Please make sure to indicate if you need transportation when registering for the conference.
