The Texoma District invites members from Central and Wheat States districts to join us on March 6th- 7th, 2014 in Fort Worth, TX for its annual spring district meeting. The meeting will be held at the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards. The meeting activities begin on Thursday March 6th with a golf outing in the afternoon to be followed by a banquet that evening. The technical sessions will begin Friday morning the 7th and will adjourn in the afternoon.
The golf tournament will be at the Golf Club at Fossil Creek. A lunch will be provided between 11:00 and 12:00 with tee times beginning at noon.
Following the golf outing, we will have a banquet at the world famous Billy Bob’s Texas, the World’s Largest Honky Tonk!
The technical sessions will be held at Stockyards Station, a location separate from the hotels but very close in proximity to both.
For your convenience, a block of sleeping rooms has been secured at two separate hotels at a rate of $139. To receive the negotiated rate, reservations must be made by Thursday, February 6th. After this date, rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
