Members of the Golden West, Intermountain and Pacific Districts are planning to hold joint district meetings on August 26-27, in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Attendees should plan arriving on Aug. 25. 

 

A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate. Please make room reservations directly with the hotel. The phone number is 801-596-5700. Reservations must be made by July 26. Be sure to mention you are with IAOM.

 

2.    Please RSVP for the conference and banquet by mailing the enclosed form to the address listed below by July 26. Please indicate how many people are in your party.  The banquet will be buffet style. There will be a two-ticket hosted cocktail hour before the Banquet.

 

 This year we are hosting lunch on Thursday during the conference.

 

Payment for the conference/banquet can be made in advance or on-site Thursday morning. It is important that you at least phone in your RSVP by July 26 so we can make proper arrangements with the hotel for food. Then mail in the form with your check payable to: IAOM Pacific District. 

 

The Golf outing will take place at 8 am Friday August 27 at the Mountain Dell Golf Course. A box lunch will be provided at the course. If you have questions about Golf call Zack Tillinghaust at 801-698-6084.  Participants should pre-register using the online registration or downloadable registration form. Include payment with other registration fees. IAOM cannot cover expense of renting clubs – please pay on your own.
