Golden West, Intermountain and Pacific Districts’ Joint Fall Meeting

Approximately 70 professionals from across the Golden West, Intermountain and Pacific Districts met at the Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, California, for their annual fall joint meeting on August 23-24.

The educational program included presentations on magnetic separation and metal detection applications, dust collection – design and maintenance, how lubricants impact your bottom line, an update on Profume tolerance, reducing energy costs in flour mills, belt choice and maintenance, tri-lobe internal pulse cancellation, advancements in mix design and blending systems, meshes and cloth stretching, valves, and permits, reports, PM regulations and upcoming changes.

Each district met to elect a slate of officers for the upcoming year. The Pacific District elected the following members to the district’s executive committee:

In 2013, the three districts plan to meet in either Jackson Hole, Wyoming or Park City, Utah. More information will be posted as soon as it is available.
