The Niagara District invites you to join its members and those from the Ohio Valley, Southeastern and Wolverine Districts for their joint annual fall conference at the Embassy Suites in Alexandria, VA, USA. This is your opportunity to learn the latest industry trends and also meet and converse with professionals of the milling industry and the allied trades from throughout the eastern half of the U.S. and Canada.
Advance conference registration should be made by November 1st to take advantage of the reduced prices.
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites – Alexandria at a discounted rate of $189 per night. The cut off for this rate will be Sunday, October 16. Rates are based on availability after this date. All individuals staying at the Embassy Suites will enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning and a reception each evening of their stay.

This year’s district conference will begin with our traditional Golf Tournament, where you can enjoy the fellowship of your peers while competing for various prizes. The Tournament is scheduled to start at 11:00 am E.T. on Wednesday, November 16th at the East Potomac Golf Course. The cost of $75 includes greens fees, cart and a box lunch.
A Reception will be held at the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center from 7:00 – 10:00 pm on Thursday, Nov. 17. The cost of attendance is included in the registration fee. Spouses and guests can attend the Reception as well for a cost of $100 ($135 after Nov. 1st).
