for Doyle's presidency, "Navigating a Changing World through IAOM
Membership."
The one-day conference's

evolution of ball bearings by Mike McGuire from McGuire Bearing, Portland,
Ore.; and an overview of shelf life extension of yeast raised products and
the introduction of a new ADA replacer by Bill Gambel, American Ingredients
Company, Kansas City, Missouri. The afternoon session featured an OSHA
presentation by Robert Newman, State of Utah Labor Commission; and the
effect of flour and ingredients on baking and a fun time bread tasting
session presented by Keith Guisto, Full Circle Baking Company, Penngrove,
California and Central Milling Company, Logan, Utah.
