Call for Instructional Briefings

The IAOM Program Committee invites you to submit an application, or make a recommendation for an Instructional Briefing at the 110th Annual IAOM Conference & Expo in Austin, Texas, USA.

The 20-minute Briefing should focus on an area where your company has expertise. The purpose of the Briefings is to give conference attendees a forum to explore the educational and practical applications of technology in the grain milling and seed processing industries. We encourage you to utilize equipment you have on display at the show. Presentations will be given during Expo hours on Monday and Tuesday.

Submission Process

To be considered for a presentation, your application must be received by the Program Committee by October 1, 2005. 

Instructional Briefing applicants must

• submit a completed application

• reserve a booth at the 2006 Expo

Publication

Speakers are required to submit a written article on their presentation for publication in the IAOM Journal and sign a release allowing IAOM to record and publish their presentation online. Further information and guidelines will be sent to selected presenters.

Speaker Privileges

All technical program speakers will receive a complimentary registration that includes all sessions, exhibits, the allied trades event, exhibit hall lunches, and refreshment breaks.

Selected speakers will be notified by December 1, 2005.
