IAOM is an international organization comprised of grain millers, seed processors and allied trade representatives and companies devoted to the advancement of technology in the grain milling and seed processing industries. IAOM promotes a spirit of fellowship and cooperation among members, as well as advances members’ interests in industry activities. With districts in Latin America, the Middle East & Africa, and throughout North America, IAOM provides an international forum for networking, the exchange of ideas, technical and educational opportunities, and the discovery of new products and services.

IAOM convenes annual conferences and expos, as well as smaller, district-level conferences and meetings throughout the year.  Educational and technical programs presented at the conferences and district meetings assist millers in improving yields, productivity, customer satisfaction and safety. The programs are presented by seasoned professionals in the field who have experienced the issues affecting millers first-hand.
