The IAOM offers an annual conference and district-level conferences and meetings that include many technical and educational sessions.

In addition to these offerings, the IAOM offers several short courses, some in partnership with Kansas State University and Ocrim, including topics such as Milling Processes, Introduction to Flour Milling, and Mill Maintenance.

In addition, the IAOM is proud to offer its Correspondence Course in Flour Milling. This 8-unit course offers beginning and advanced topics on nearly every aspect of the mill and its processes authored by industry experts.

The IAOM also offers several publications that may be of assistance to millers. An archive of IAOM Technical Bulletins is also available for members only.
