General Conference Information

 

ONLINE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM

The undersigned exhibitor agrees to rent and occupy the number of table top displays indicated as shown on the official floor plan from IAOM during the 2010 Expo. The undersigned further agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations as stated on this contract, and pay a rental fee in US dollars of $500 per table when the contract is submitted.

 

Complimentary Conference Registration

Each table top display includes one complimentary conference registration. This provides one person from the exhibiting company with entry into Conference educational sessions, Expo, Sunday night reception, daily refreshment breaks, lunches on Monday and Tuesday, and participation in the joint IAOM-Flour Fortification Initiative's (FFI) reception and meeting. Please fill out one registration form per company.

 

Refunds/Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $25 non-refundable processing fee. Please allow six weeks to process refunds.

     Before July 31, 2010, a 50% refund on the full amount.

     After July 31, 2010, no refunds will be given

Table Rental Fees: $500 USD for each table top display. The rental fee includes one draped table, two chairs, a uniform identification sign, and two complimentary conference registrations.
