A block of rooms has been reserved for IAOM participants at The Davenport Hotel & Tower at a special rate of $168/night (+tax). Reserve your rooms by calling 1-800-899-1482 and asking for the IAOM group rate.

 

Note: Please make your hotel arrangements as soon as possible. We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the hotel. April 4 is the last day to reserve a room at these low rates. To benefit your association and ensure that we can continue to keep the registration costs low, please make every effort to stay in the IAOM block of rooms at the official conference hotel.

Wednesday, May 9

Thursday, May 10

8:30 AM-2:45 PM – Expo Open

8:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM-2:45 PM– Unopposed Exhibit Time

2:00 PM – Exhibitor Raffles and Grand Prize Raffle

 

 

Set Up

Booth set up for 3-or-more-booth exhibitors will begin at 8 am on Tuesday, May 8. All other exhibitors may begin setting up their booths at 10 am on May 8.

.

Dismantling

Exhibit dismantling will be from 2:45 to 7:30 pm on Thursday, May 10. Equipment removal will begin at 8 am on Friday, May 11. All equipment must be removed by 1 pm on May 11.
