Conference Registration Fees

The registration fee provides registrants with access to conference educational sessions, expo, refreshments, lunches, dinners and conference documentation submitted by the speakers. The fee does not include accommodation, optional tours/events and IAOM membership. Transfers between the Novotel hotel and the conference & expo venue are provided free of charge according to the published timetable.

Exhibitors

Registered Exhibitors will receive one complimentary registration per booth. The exhibitor representatives are entitled to the conference benefits listed above. Any additional representatives from the exhibiting company will be charged the full conference registration fee.

Membership Fee

As a conference registrant, you are eligible to join IAOM at a special membership rate of $100 US (regular membership dues are $ 195 US). Conference registrants who join IAOM in Moscow will be a member through the end of 2010.

Spouse/Guest Fee

Registered spouses/guests will be entitled to lunches, dinners and transfers between hotels and conference venue as arranged. The fees do not include accommodation, tours/sightseeing/optional events. Meal tickets will be included in the registration packet.

Hotel Accommodation

IAOM has reserved a block of rooms at the Novotel Hotel at a special rate of 198 Euros/night (including VAT and breakfast). This rate is only guaranteed through August 20, 2009. Any reservations made after that date will be subject to the hotel rates available at that time. To book a room, please complete the hotel registration form.

Airport Transfers

For an additional fee, the International Industrial Academy can arrange an airport transfer upon your arrival at Sheremetevo II or Domodedovo airport on September 21, 22 and 23 and departure to the same airport on September 26 and 27. To book transfer please send you name, arrival date and the number of flight to sales@novotelmoscow.ru.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@iaom.info or by fax to +1 913 338 3377.  All cancellations are subject to a US$ 100.00 non-refundable processing fee, and must be postmarked prior to August 22, 2009 to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow eight weeks to process refunds. A substitute may attend in the place of the original registrant – please notify the IAOM office in advance when possible.
